Follow the steps below to get an approximate value of your overtime case, assuming you are not otherwise exempt.

STEP #2: Enter your hourly rate. If you were paid a salary, divide your total salary by the number of hours that you understood the salary would cover. This number is your hourly rate. (For example, if your salary was $400 per week, and it was intended to cover 40 hours, then your hourly rate is $10/hr.)
